Q. How do I start my fitness tlog?
A. Select Create Content > Blog entry - and start typing. You may then add to the blog by adding a comment, or create a new blog entry.
Q. How do I style my post?
A. Check out the compose tips page for instructions on making text bold, underlined etc.
Q. How do we ask for advice on our training plans?
A. Once you have set up your tlog and detailed your training / workout schedules, you can request that people view your tlog in the forum Request Advice on Training Log / Dairy.
Q. How can I edit and add personal details?
A. Under My Account, chose Edit, and then the Personal Information tab. You can add your interests, sport and fitness clubs that you attend, your age, location, and aims, plus a bit about yourself.
Q. How do I publish training logs?
A. We are currently investigating some solutions to enable training spreadsheets to be added to blog entries.
Q. Newsletters?
A. We have recently added a Newsletter. By default people will be signed up to the Newsletter, however you may Unsubscribe at anytime. This is still in a "beta" stage though.
