The First Tranquillizer Training Log (Tlog)
The purpose of this site is to provide an online resource for logging training and dieting progress. The subdomain has been named tlogs, as this is our abbreviation for Training Logs (idea obviously being taken from Web Logs and Blogs).
So we encourage you to also set up an account and track your progress here. We can all learn from each other. People will be able to comment on your training log to give you advice and support. There will also be a forum for generally discussion, and to request advice etc.
You may set up a tlog for anything you like so long as it is related to health and fitness. So fitness training, weight loss and dieting, martial arts improvement, athletic training, sports, running - they are all welcome here.
At times the hardest thing when you are training by yourself is finding the motivation to continue. Hopefully here we can help to keep each other motivated as well as guide each other to greater performance and to realise our health and fitness ambitions and goals.
