Fitness Blog Competition

As an incentive to encourage good quality and well written fitness training logs, we are planning to run a competition for the best fitness blog. The competition will not officially be announced until we have more active bloggers writing their fitness journals and training diaries on this site. However, if you start to build your training log now, you will stand a better chance once the competition gets under way. There will be a small prize for the best tlog. Good luck, keep working hard, and happy tlogging.

Although the competition is still not officially announced, as we do not have enough regular bloggers at the moment, the prize will be (subject to availability at the time of buying....) an Oregon HR102 Heart Rate Monitor, which is described as:

"An amazing value for money heart rate monitor watch. We definitely recommend this product for all new beginners to heart rate monitoring based training. Very simply it keeps you within your personal ideal heart rate zone so that you optimise your workout. See results fast without over exerting its a whole new approach to training. Think smart....live smart with Oregon Scientific. Features Manually programmable hi/lo heart rate training zone Heart rate alert when you are out of your training zone Wireless chest belt (included) Clock with alarm and calendar Stopwatch with count up timer HiGlo EL backlight Water resistant to 30 meters Width: 5.7cm Height: 4cm Length: 1.5cm"

So get training, get blogging. Ensure you add your fitness goals to your personal information, so that we can see what your ambitions are, and how well you are progressing.

We may soon allow the uploading of jpg images, so that we can all upload our before and after photos, and show off our transformations. In the meantime, feel free to link to any photos that you may have online already, or open a Fotopic.net account for this purpose (it is free and easy to use).

Good luck, may the best tlogger win!
