How do I start? Where do I access my blog?

I will soon be adding a FAQ section which will hopefully answer all newcomers questions.

There are two ways. You can either select "create content" and then "blog entry", or choose "Training Logs" which will then show the menu item "My Blog". To add more pages later, or edit the blog, just go to the last blog entry and then either "post new blog entry" or "add comment" - it is up to you how you cary on with the blog really. Posting a new blog entry for each session is advisable though.

We hope to being doing some upgrades soon, to enable you to enter times, weights etc in a table, but for now it is just a text log.

Thanks, I have got started now. I see the link to the blog is actually called "training logs" which seems obvious now!

I'll update my blog (sorry, tlog!) more later!
