Starting A New Life Pattern

We moved to Texas six years ago in November of 2001. About four years ago I started gaining wait. All of my work involved sitting in front of a computer or driving a car to take my children to their activities. Now I am at my all time 9 month pregnancy wait which was off the charts. The results of me re-evaluating my life style concluded I needed to add regular physical activities into my weekly schedule.

I belong to 24 hour fitness, but did not go regularly. It generally was between temporary jobs. Now I must go on a regular basis and stop eating thing that are made with fake and hormonally subjected food. This should help.

Yesterday, after dropping my daughter off for her sports training, I went to the local 24 hour fitness and used their elliptical machine for 3.25 miles. Usually, I go shopping. This felt good.

This morning I went to the 24 hour fitness near me. Karla had a low impact aerobic class. So I did that for 30 minutes. When I came home I walked my dogs for about .75 miles with a friend. My legs hurt. I hope to see changes soon. I did eat junk food of homemade mac and cheese. Yesterday I also ate several Noni Biscoutis. So all that work my have been counter acted by my sweet and fat cravings.

Welcome aboard! You have started well. Do not worry too much about the odd craving, so long as you keep exercising you will get fitter. If you can keep it up, and increase your exercise, you will hopefully soon find that you want to lose more weight to allow yourself to enjoy exercising even more. Keep up the good work, keep going to the aerobics class and using the cross trainers (elliptical machine), and soon you will feel like a new person!
