Still going! strong

Well, its been about 2 weeks since i began this "fitness regime", and im still going strong!, which im very happy about normaly when i start this (and have done many a time) ill end up giving up because of other comitments and the like, though i am beggining to find that its getting harder to run each day i go out, but that might just be because ive been quite tired this week, hopefully thats the only reason!

well fingers crossed i can keep it up for good! i already feel the difference in the way i feel, and people have even said that i look like i have lost weight! yay!! :D

Excellent news. I think that getting over the first couple of weeks is sometimes the hardest. Stick with it. You are already feeling different, soon you will be looking different, and this will hopefully inspire you to carry on!
