TODAY IS THE DAY!!!
DAY ONE
Well here I am with 11.8 kgs to loose!!!
Last year in April I started with a Meal Replacement Diet and managed to loose 6 stone by the end of the year.
I have been sort of maitaining - ups and downs - today my highest since then - but never got to my goal weight of 64kg.
Having come this far - I must make the effort to get to goal weight.
I feel like I was on a path to a destination - but seem to have have stopped three quarters of the way there? Why? If I am going somewhere - surely I must get to that destination?
Why is that so difficult.
I know how to do it? ( I have the proven diet - I lost 6 stone)
I know I can do it? (Did it last year)
I know I feel wonderful (I was feeling so healthy)
I know I look so much better (nutrition in the food and no junk food and alcohol)
I know clothes look much better (clothes are now getting tight - and threw all the fat clothes away)
So, to sum up, I have been eating and drinking (far too much) - and feel fat and so unhealthy and so depressed.
I have to set myself small attainable goals: -
For now - I have to get throught this day - Day 1. and through this week - Week 1.
I will plan today - and think of only today.
Eat: 3 x Meal replacements (no bars today) 2 x Shakes 1 x Soup (how easy is that)
Gym: Walk to gym (30 minutes walk) gym (35 minutes)
Water: 3 Litres
Keep busy - here goes!!!
