Currently 111.7kg, looking to get to 95kg at least!
Not on a diet at the minute - just going to get my head round actually being active for a change! I suffer quite bad from stress and I am also type 2 diabetic, so I have a couple of reasons i need to lose some weight.- Weekly Routine
I have begun to do circuit trainning at home, 3 times a week, hopefully getting up to 5-6 times a week.
