- Weekly Routine
I jog everyday for 15-25 minutes. I am just beginning to jog so, as I progress in my jogging I will jog for longer periods of time. I do walk to warmup before my jog and walk to cooldown after I finished jogging. Sometimes I do walk a little bit if I'm with someone who is walking while I am jogging.
